Shingijutsu
Shingijutsu Global Consulting is a consulting firm that specializes in helping companies achieve Lean production through continuous improvement (kaizen) using several proven methodologies:

Shingijutsu was originally formed in Nagoya, Japan in 1987. The founder, Yoshiki Iwata, was an original member of the Toyota Autonomous Study Group (a project team comprised of Toyota’s suppliers), which developed the kaizen system and ultimately the Toyota Production System.
